Return policy

Workshops and live sessions

If you register for a dated workshop, you may request a one-time transfer to another scheduled session provided you email us at least five business days before the original start time. Transfers depend on seat availability. If you cancel with shorter notice, fees may be forfeited except where consumer protection law requires a refund.

If we cancel a session due to low enrollment or force majeure, we refund the ticket price to the original payment method or offer credit, at your choice where permitted.

Printed guides and physical kits

Unopened items in resalable condition may be returned within fourteen calendar days of delivery to the address on your order. You are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged—photograph the packaging and contents before discarding anything.

Outbound shipping charges from your original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is triggered by our error. If we provide a prepaid label, use it within the timeframe stated in our email instructions; otherwise the return may be declined.

Digital outlines and downloadable PDFs

Because digital goods can be duplicated instantly, fees are generally non-refundable after you access or download the files. If you never received a working link, tell us within seven days of purchase; we will repair access or provide a replacement file without charge.

If a file is materially defective—pages missing, unreadable export—we will issue a corrected version or a refund at our discretion.

How to start a return or ticket change

Email assist@dlixanarphit.world with your order reference, the items involved, and a short description of the issue. We acknowledge within three business days with next steps. Keep copies of tracking numbers for physical returns.

Refund timing and method

Approved refunds post to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive returned goods or accept a cancellation request. Banks and card networks may add additional days before the credit appears on your statement.

Exchanges

When inventory allows, we may exchange an item instead of a refund. Price differences will be charged or credited as appropriate.

Non-returnable items

Custom-printed materials with personalized text, sealed wellness kits that have been opened for hygiene reasons, digital goods after access, and items damaged after delivery through no fault of ours may be ineligible. Gift cards and promotional credits follow the terms printed on the certificate.

We may revise these terms periodically. The date shown in the hero section reflects the day you view the page so you can compare it with correspondence from our team.
