You represent that you are legally able to enter a contract in your place of residence. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Articles, illustrations, workshops, and downloadable outlines provide general lifestyle and organizational information. They are not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals who know your circumstances. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or promise specific outcomes.

Advertising and landing pages

You may reach this site through online advertising. Ad copy and landing pages describe our studio in general terms. They are not medical claims, do not target vulnerable groups with misleading promises, and should be read together with this page and the on-site notices for Canada.

Accounts and communications

Where we offer forms or email contact, you agree to supply accurate information and to keep login credentials confidential if we ever issue them. You are responsible for activity that originates from your devices unless you notify us of unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You will not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, scrape in a way that degrades service for others, frame our pages to imply endorsement you do not have, or upload malware. You will not harvest personal data from other visitors or use our brand in a deceptive manner.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, text, layout, photographs we license, SVG graphics, and workshop materials belong to Dlixanarphit or our licensors. Fees and taxes

If we charge for events or goods, prices appear before you confirm payment. Applicable taxes follow Canadian rules for our Toronto presence unless stated otherwise at checkout.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where non-waivable rights apply.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dlixanarphit and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from site use or inability to use the site. Our aggregate liability for direct damages related to the site in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of one hundred Canadian dollars or the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, if any.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is capped at the minimum permitted level.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent a court finds our intentional misconduct solely responsible.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Toronto, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your home region.

Continued use after we post updates constitutes acceptance of non-material changes; material changes that affect your rights will be highlighted here.
